The item I got looked nothing like the photos or the description. It was disappointing, especially after having to go through verification over and over just to get everything sorted. The whole experience was more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was ready to check out, but the shipping cost was way too high. It felt frustrating and kind of unnecessary, and I don’t have the patience to pay that much just to get an order delivered.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and I assumed this would follow the usual pattern of being processed within a few days. It’s been taking way longer than expected, which has been frustrating.

I reached out to customer service a few times, but the replies took way longer than I expected. It made getting my order sorted out frustrating, honestly... I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to buy again.

I liked that I could choose between PayPal and paying by card. Everything went through smoothly, which made the whole checkout feel simple and trustworthy. Definitely gives you confidence when the payment process just works without any hassle

I ordered from Syndicate and the tracking has been frustrating. It just seems to sit there without any real updates or clear info, so I’ve been stuck checking it myself over and over. Maybe the courier is behind or the system isn’t updating properly, I’m not sure, but it definitely feels like something isn’t being handled smoothly. Annoying overall

Tried Syndicate for the first time and it was easy to use, nothing too confusing. The categories made sense and the pages loaded fine on my phone which is always a plus
The product photos were clear and checkout was quick, so that part was smooth. I did have to poke around a little to find some info though, so maybe that could be easier

Overall it was a good experience, not perfect but no real problems either. I’d shop there again

Had more stuff than I thought they would. Easy to look through too. A few sizes were missing, which was a bit annoying, but overall the range was good.

At first the sale looked like it was going to be a decent deal, but once I checked the final price, it barely changed anything. Felt like one of those discounts that looks better than it actually is. Not really worth it for me.

Like, they did get back to me, so it wasn’t as if I was totally ignored, but a couple of replies took longer than I thought they would. I ended up following up once because I wasn’t sure what was going on. When they did respond, the info made sense and was clear enough, but yeah, it just wasn’t very quick. The order itself was fine, but the back-and-forth could’ve been smoother. Not awful, just not especially impressive either.
